Getting there. The hotel offers complimentary airport transfers on weekdays between 7 a.m. and noon and 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. Taxis are available and cost about 25 EUR.
Getting around. The squares and narrow streets in central Madrid are best explored by foot. An extensive public bus and metro system offers a cheap and efficient way to get around the city. Single tickets can be bought from bus drivers or machines. A 10 trip Metrobus ticket, costing 6.40 EUR, is ideal for those making multiple journeys. Taxis can be hailed on the street and are reasonably priced.
Driving directions. From Madrid Barajas Airport: Take the M12 to the A1. Exit at junction 19 (San Sebastian de los Reyes). Follow signs for the Plaza Norte 2 shopping centre and the hotel is situated just after.
